AuraMist is powered by Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

You may return or exchange your purchase only in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping and delivery. All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We shall not be held liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance procedures, or any events beyond our reasonable control. Once we transfer the products to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss pass entirely to you.

All names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of AuraMist or its affiliates. Shopify's name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Shopify Inc.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

AuraMist is hosted and powered by Shopify Inc. However, any sale or purchase you make on our store is directly between you and AuraMist. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and AuraMist, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the purchase of products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or related to your purchase and transaction with AuraMist.

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access and use of the Services to provide and improve the e-commerce platform.
