1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide. 

Estimated Delivery Times:
• United States: 7 to 15 business days.
• International: 10 to 20 business days.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier issues, or high-demand seasons.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
AuraMist is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information is usually updated within 48 to 72 hours.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
